The theater was born from the rite as a collective and civil experience.
The 360° video for VR (Virtual Reality) is an opportunity to empower dramatically the chances of involving the spectators into the performance.
The audience, by wearing a VR headset, will be able to be part to a contemporary rite, in which all the senses will make up a dramaturgic journey with the spectator being the the protagonist of the performance. The performer will interact with the spectator to enhance what the video is showing, giving birth to an experiment of inner theater.
The body of the spectator will become the stage itself, letting him/her to be projected into alternative realities starting from the video shown. The headset is therefore the tool making true an initiation rite never staged before.
